You'll develop new habits that use your strengths so that you can succeed. We look at lifestyle and the choices you're making, understand more about what motivates you and more about what gets in your way. You'll find goals that are right for you and make step-by-step changes so you feel a greater sense of control over your life. With ADHD coaching, you'll not only gain practical skills and strategies but also cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself, leading to enhanced self-awareness and resilience in navigating life's challenges.
My coaching approach is fundamentally holistic, which means that it looks at all aspects of your life and wellbeing.
With my professional certification as a Personal Performance Coach, and specialist training as an ADHD Practitioner, I work on a one-to-one basis with clients who want to manage aspects of their ADHD and live a more balanced and satisfying life.
Using science-backed tools and techniques and my passion for positive psychology and other interventions, I am able to support others to achieve valuable personal growth.
Different from therapy, ADHD coaching focuses on the present and future with practical help and encouragement.

The process of coaching happens through a series of creative and meaningful conversations, specifically designed to help you think, explore and make choices that are right for you. The ultimate aim is to make progress in certain areas of your life or overcome challenges that you're facing.
In our first session, which runs to 90 minutes, we will get to know each other. I will come to have an understanding of what challenges you face and what you need from coaching.
Sessions run between 1-2 hours, depending on your requirements. Times are flexible. They can be conducted in person or via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
It is the regulation of your emotions by being self-aware and in tune with who you are. Having good emotional health helps manage the ups and downs of life. We will explore the connection between ADHD and emotional regulation. Understanding this connection is the first step towards developing effective strategies to manage and control emotions
