The coaching experience is like a journey of self-discovery that helps you learn more about your ADHD brain and become more effective at home, at work and at play. You'll develop new habits that use your strengths so that you can succeed. We look at lifestyle and the choices you're making, understand more about what motivates you and more about what gets in your way. You'll find goals that are right for you and make step-by-step changes so you feel a greater sense of control over your life.
My coaching approach is fundamentally holistic, which means that it looks at all aspects of your life and wellbeing.
With my professional certification as a Personal Performance Coach, and specialist training as an ADHD Practitioner, I work on a one-to-one basis with clients who want to manage aspects of their ADHD and live a more balanced and satisfying life.
Using science-backed tools and techniques, my passion for Positive Psychology and other interventions has enabled me to support others and thrive in my own life.
Different from therapy, ADHD coaching focuses on the present and future with practical help and encouragement.
